Honey-Orange Glazed Chicken
With Mango Salsa

Tablespoon Private Selection Olive Oil |

Package Perdue® Perfect Portions™ Teriyaki boneless, skinless chicken breasts |

Cup orange juice |
1 |
Tablespoon Kroger brown sugar |
1 |
Tablespoon Kroger honey |
1 |
Tablespoon Kroger cider vinegar or white wine vinegar |

As with any recipe, you can increase or decrease ingredients or cook time to suit your own tastes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add olive oil and swirl to coat. Add chicken and brown for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Stir in orange juice, brown sugar, honey and vinegar. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until sauce has thickened slightly, about 6-8 minutes, and meat thermometer inserted in center registers 165° F.
- To serve, set chicken on plates and spoon sauce on top.
Serving suggestion: Serve over hot rice and accompany with some Mango Salsa. Serve with your favorite green vegetable such as snow peas, green beans, or broccoli.

1 Ripe mango, peeled and diced
1 Orange, peeled and diced
1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped med-fine
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1/2 a lime)
