- Remove the pork chops from the package and rinse under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel and cut into 1 inch squares. Dust with the flour.
- Heat a large skillet over med-high heat for one minute. Add the oil, one tablespoon butter, and pork to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the wine, and simmer until liquid is reduced to a thick sauce, about 1-2 minutes. Remove the pork from the pan and set on serving plates.
- Wipe out you skillet with a paper towel and return to the burner over med heat. Add the butter and diced Michigan apples. Sauté for one minute. Add the apple cider, sugar, raisins, and cinnamon. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until apples are tender and liquid reduces to a thick sauce. Pour the apple delight over pork chops and serve immediately.
