Stir-Fry Beef

Serves 2
1 Pound Kroger sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
  Kroger Creole seasoning, to taste
2 Tablespoons Private Selection Garlic Oil, separated
1 Medium onion, sliced thin
2 Cups baby boc choy, sliced medium
1 Cup snow peas
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger
1/2 Cup Kroger beef broth mixed with 1 tablespoon corn starch
1 Tablespoon Chinese sesame oil
  1. Season the beef strips with Kroger Creole Seasoning to taste.
  2. Heat a large skillet (or wok) over HIGH heat for one minute.  Add one tablespoon of the oil and meat to the skillet.  Sauté until browned, about one minute.  Remove the meat from the skillet and keep warm.
  3. Add another tablespoon of the oil to the hot skillet and add the onions, garlic and egg plant.  Sauté for one minute.  Add the show peas, ginger and beef broth / corn starch mixture and sauté for one minute.  Add the meat back into the skillet and add the sesame oil.  Toss for one minute and serve.
