Alder Wood Smoked Salmon
Alder Wood Boards ( 7" X 15" )
Alaskan Salmon
Maple Syrup
Sea Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Soak Board (s) for 20 minutes or more.
Prepare Salmon by removing skin, salt and pepper both sides and give a coating of Maple Syrup; let it sit in a dish for 2 hours or more.
Prepare charcoal grill so coals are white hot... To cure board first by setting board on grill for 5 to 7 seconds (top side of board). Oil topside of board and place fish cut to size of board and cook for 30 to 35 minutes. |
