Bronzed Alaskan Salmon In A Butter Wine Caper Sauce

Serves 2
2 - 6oz. Frozen Alaskan Salmon Fillets (thawed)
1 tablespoon Private Selection olive oil
Cajun’s Choice blackened seasoning, to taste
1/4 cup Arrow Creek wine
1 tablespoon Moore’s® Marinade
1 tablespoon Kroger butter
1 tablespoon Private Selection capers, drained    

Moore's® MarinadeHeat a large skillet over med-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Season the Alaskan salmon fillets to taste. Add the oil to the pan, and swirl to coat. Add the salmon fillets and sear for 2 minutes per side. Add the wine, Moore’s Marinade, butter, and capers. Simmer until sauce is reduced by half (about one minute). Check center for doneness. 

Remove from pan and serve.
