Serves 2, for a Romantic Dinner

For each person:
1 Alaska Salmon (or Cod) fillets
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon chopped onions

One- 12 inch sheet of Reynolds Aluminum Foil

Place the onions, garlic, butter, and wine in the center of the sheet of aluminum foil. Rub the oil onto the Alaska salmon fillet, and season with the Cajun's Choice. Place the seasoned Alaska Salmon fillet on top of the onions in the center of the foil. Bring the two longer ends of the foil together and fold down in ½ in folds until almost touching the salmon fillet. Fold the other two ends up to form a tight seal packet.
