 E-Z Bake Alaska Cod
With Oriental Vegetables
Serves 2
2 frozen Alaska Cod fillets
1 Reynolds Hot Bags
1/4 cup Robert Mondavi Private Selection Chardonnay
1 small onion, sliced into thin strips
2 cups (or one handful), frozen stir-fry vegetables
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Chinese Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger (optional)
Place all ingredients into the Reynolds Hot Bag®. Fold down the top of the bag, using _ inch folds, pressing firm after each fold, to form a tight seal. Place into a 350 degree oven for 12-18 minutes, or until desired doneness. Serve immediately. |
