
 King Crab
On the Barbie
Serves 2
1 pound Kroger King Crab - thawed
4 tablespoons unsalted butter - melted
1 teaspoon Cajun's Choice Creole Seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Heat your grill on med-high for 20 minutes. Thaw the king crab by placing in cold water for 20 minutes, or overnight in the fridge. Place the crab legs on a cutting board that has been covered with a towel. Using a large knife, split the legs in two - lengthwise. Place the crab legs on the grill - meat side up. Close the grill lid and heat through for about five minutes. In the mean time, mix the melted butter, Cajun's Choice seasoning, and garlic powder together in a large ceramic coffee mug. Brush the butter mixture on the meat side of the crab legs - just before you remove them from the grill. Serve immediately with drawn butter. WOW!
