| Lobster Ravioli With
Artichoke Lemon Wine Sauce
Serves 2
1 tablespoon Private Selection olive oil
1 green onion, sliced thin (white part only)
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup Papio chardonnay wine
¼ cup Kroger heavy cream
2 tablespoons Cibo Artichoke Lemon Pesto
1 package Cibo Lobster Ravioli
Salt to taste
- Heat a large skillet over med-high heat for one minute. Add the sliced onion and garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Do not burn the garlic.
- Add the Papio wine to the pan and simmer until liquid has reduced by 23rds.
- Add the cream and Cibo pesto to the pan and stir well to incorporate.
- Add the Cibo lobster ravioli and cover. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to cook the pasta, turning once.
- Season with salt and serve immediately with a glass of Papio chardonnay and Key West salad.
Key West Salad
Earthbound spinach
Fresh Strawberries, sliced
Chopped walnuts (optional)
Private Selection Raspberry Walnut Dressing
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and toss. Delicious!
