 Shrimp Scampi in
Butter Wine Sauce
Serves 2
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 pound peeled and de-veined Kroger shrimp (butterfly them)
1 tablespoon Cajun's Choice Creole or Blackening Seasoning
¼ cup Robert Mondavi Private Selection Sauvignon Blanc Wine
2 tablespoons Kroger Butter
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat for one minute. In the meantime, season the shrimp with the Cajun's Choice seasoning. Add the olive oil to the skillet, and swirl to coat. Add the seasoned shrimp and sauté for two minutes. Add the wine and butter. Simmer until sauce thickens (about one minute). Serve immediately, with a glass of Robert Mandavi Sauvignon Blanc wine.
